McKinney led Northeastern State a year ago in rushing and kick return yards in his first season with the RiverHawks.  He rushed for 489 yards and two touchdowns, while returning 21 kicks averaging 23.4 yards per return earning him a 2^nd Team All-Conference selection as a return specialist.
