Dobler comes to Northeastern State from Kansas State and Independence Community College.  He had a successful stint with Pirates collecting All-Conference Honorable Mention as a freshman and Second Team All-Conference as sophomore. 

Dobler was effective in the classroom as well picking up the John C. Pittman Award and All-Conference Academic Team selection as a sophomore. 

Dobler will major in health and kinesiology.
