Campbell is a three-year letterwinner for the RiverHawks and is looking to have a solid senior campaign.  In 2008, he collected 10 total tackles, two tackles for loss and one interception in which he returned 45 yards.  Campbell was selected to the 2008 Lone Star Conference North Division All-Academic Team and was voted to the Commissioner's Honor Roll in 2007. 

Campbell has played in 28 games with 42 tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery. 

He is a secondary education major with an emphasis on Social Studies. Campbell is a Northeastern State Scholar-Athlete and President of FCA.
