Turner comes to Northeastern State after two seasons at Trinity Valley Community College. 

He caught 43 passes for 420 yards and four touchdowns for the Cardinals.  Turner was named Southwest Junior College All-Conference Honorable Mention twice. 

He plans to major in criminal justice.
